At ZYRUSIA, every gift is curated with purpose, emotion, and personalization. While we strive for perfection in every delivery, we understand that you may have concerns about refunds or cancellations. Here’s everything you need to know.

❌ 1. Cancellation Policy

Because most of our products are personalized and prepared with emotional intent, cancellations are not accepted once your order is confirmed.

However, in rare cases:

If your order hasn’t entered the processing stage, you may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing it.

Once processing begins, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

💸 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed under the following specific conditions:

The product was physically damaged during transit (with valid proof)

A wrong item was delivered

A verified manufacturing defect is reported


⚠️ No refunds are processed for:

Change of mind after ordering

Delayed delivery due to logistics partners

Personalized/custom gift boxes

Opened, used, or tampered items

Emotional gift categories like Self-Love, Breakup, or Period Boxes

Digital downloads/templates

📦 3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a valid refund request:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

2. Provide a valid unboxing video or clear photos as proof

3. Include your Order ID and brief issue description

Refunds are typically reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

💳 4. Mode of Refund

If approved, your refund will be credited via the original payment method (Razorpay/Stripe/PayU)

For COD orders, you must provide a valid bank account or UPI ID for refund processing

No cash refunds are issued.

⚠️ 5. Important Notes

We do not guarantee refunds for issues raised after 24 hours of delivery

Disputes without valid proof (photo/video) are not accepted

Once a refund is initiated, it cannot be reversed or changed
